Supercharged currently integrates with one other app - Shopify Inbox/Ping - that allows merchants to receive push notifications when customers reply to their outbound text messages.

Subscribers must opt into being contacted by Supercharged through a popup or form collecting their phone number and a text message or checkbox allowing customers to opt in to marketing. Merchants can also segment customers based on shopping history, filtering for attributes such as subscriber country, abandoned carts, and average order value.
There is plenty of support within the user interface of Supercharged that allow merchants to learn quickly how to navigate the platform. Moreover, merchants may contact Supercharged support with any inquiries relating to their experiences with the app. We will also be rolling out a new guide in the months ahead!
Each SMS message that is sent to or received from a domestic (US and Canada) phone number costs $0.035. From an international phone number, it costs $0.099. If any message is an MMS message, it costs $0.079. Due to the way phone carriers operate, each SMS message has a maximum length of 153 characters (if there are no special characters in the message) or 66 characters long (if there are special characters in the message). Therefore, if you attempt to send out a message that is, for example, 200 characters long and contains no special characters, you will actually be sending out 2 SMS messages and be charged the cost of sending 2 SMS messages. The maximum length of any message is 1600 characters.
